An overproof white rum from Ghana, distilled in pot still from fresh sugar cane juice at the Mid West distillery. It is part of the Great Whites series of unaged rums and is limited to 1000 bottles in total, with 156 for Germany.
The nose shows cherry, mirabelle, marzipan, a light perfume note and pepper. The palate is oily and peppery, soft, expressive and full-bodied, with stone fruit, almonds and a hint of eucalyptus. The finish is very subtle with a vegetal note.
