A single cask rum from the T.D.L. distillery in Trinidad, distilled in December 2006 and bottled in July 2021 after more than 14 years in former bourbon casks. It was bottled at 45% vol. exclusively for Perola, with 390 bottles produced. The nose brings roasted nuts, cocoa, chocolate brownies, dried plums, grapefruit zest and eucalyptus; the palate is oily with plum, cinnamon, eucalyptus, menthol, grapefruit zest, maple syrup and spicy oak; the finish is dry and spicy.
