Compagnie des Indes Vietnam (50%)

A white rum from Vietnam, bottled at 50% vol. It is made from pure sugar cane juice and distilled in copper column stills, with no ageing. The profile is spicy, fruity and vegetal. On the nose there are truffle and humus, fresh cane, sandalwood and incense; on the palate iodine and woody notes with Williams pear, white tea and praline; the finish is woody and harmonious. It is suggested with herb salads or Vietnamese flan.
