Rogues' Banquet is a blended whisky from Compass Box, made as a limited edition to mark the company's 20th anniversary. The aim was a mature whisky with an exotic character.
It combines four whiskies: 68.7% Miltonduff, 25.6% North British, 3.5% Clynelish and 2.2% Glen Elgin. The Glen Elgin is 19 years old and the rest of the blend is 25 years old.
Juicy, ripe fruit such as papaya, apricot, mango and pineapple runs through the nose and palate, with touches of ginger and brioche. The body is medium, delicate and round, with a long finish.
