Contrattino Aperitivo (20cl, 5.5%)

Contrattino is a ready-to-drink sparkling aperitif from Contratto in Piedmont, Italy. It comes in a single-serve 200ml bottle at 5.5% and can be poured over ice or drunk straight from the bottle. Over 30 botanicals flavour it, including Madagascar vanilla bean, orange, tangerine, lemon, lime, cedar, elderflower, rose, quassia, cinchona, rhubarb and coriander. The extracts and infusions are blended with a neutral base distillate and Alpine water, coloured with organic black carrot juice and sweetened with organic cane sugar. It is certified organic. The balance runs between bitter and herbaceous, citrus and floral notes, with a lively, persistent fizz and a red-bitter blush in the glass. The label takes its look from Italian art deco.
