Copper Dog is a Speyside blended malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It combines eight single malts, including Knockando, Inchgower and Roseisle, and was created at the Craigellachie Hotel. It is chill-filtered.
The whisky ages in first-fill bourbon casks and refill wood.
The nose is fresh orchard fruit and vanilla cream. The palate offers apple pie, dried apricot, a touch of toffee and gentle spice, and the finish is crisp and clean, with sweet malt, soft oak and honey.
