Cotarella Rosato IGP Sorelle

An Umbrian rosé from Cotarella, vinified mainly from Sangiovese grapes. Brief maceration gives a pale pink colour with bright reflections, preserving freshness and aroma. The nose offers strawberry, cherry, a delicate floral note and citrus hints. The palate is vibrant yet balanced, with good acidity that makes it easy and harmonious to drink. It pairs well with light dishes such as seafood salads, vegetable risottos and fresh cheeses.
