Craigellachie 13 Year Old is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle. It is distilled in copper pot stills with worm tubs and matured in a mix of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks.
The nose offers orchard fruit, with crisp apple and pear and a little smoke. On the palate come pineapple, creamy toffee, vanilla and charred oak, followed by sweet malt and hints of earthy spice. The finish is full-bodied, with gentle smoke and lingering warmth.
