On the palate it is lively and fresh, with a creamy texture balanced by pleasant acidity. Fruity notes mingle with a subtle minerality typical of Burgundy's limestone soils, giving a well-balanced and surprisingly long finish. It suits light starters or fish dishes, and works well as an aperitif.
