Crow 3 Year Old is a straight bourbon from the United States, aged for three years in new charred American oak barrels. It is bottled at 43% ABV.
The nose is rich with caramel, vanilla bean and toasted oak, along with ripe orchard fruit and light baking spice. Honey and butterscotch appear with time in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied, with caramel corn, brown sugar and vanilla, then cinnamon, clove and a touch of rye pepper, with a hint of apple and citrus zest.
The finish is clean and warm, with soft vanilla, oak spice and toasted grain.
