Koval Rye Single Barrel Bottled in Bond is an American rye whiskey from a single barrel. Bottled in Bond means it comes from one distillery and one distilling season, has been aged for at least four years and is bottled at 50% ABV. Being a single barrel bottling, each cask has its own natural variation while keeping the Koval character. The nose brings grain, spice, dried fruit and vanilla, with light wood and toast. On the palate there is spice, pepper, caramel and fruit in a dense texture. The finish is long, spicy and woody, with a slightly dry edge.
