Koval Single Barrel Millet is a single grain whisky from the Koval distillery in Chicago, made from a mash of 100 per cent millet. It is aged for three years in new charred oak barrels of 30 gallons. Koval was the first distillery in the United States to use millet, a grain popular in Asia and Africa, in its whiskies. All its spirits are produced in single barrels from organic grains grown in the American Midwest, and the distillation is designed to bring out the true flavour of the grain.
