Koval Single Barrel Bourbon is a bourbon from Koval, a Chicago distillery founded in 2008. It comes in a 50cl bottle. Koval makes its spirits entirely from organic grain. Its range runs from whisky to gin, vodka and rye, along with bitters and fruit spirits for mixing, and the couple who created the distillery, the Birnecker family, oversee the production.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
