Crown Royal – Black Cherry Whisky Sour (10cl, 23%)

This is a ready-to-drink whisky sour made with blended Canadian whisky and black cherry, from the Crown Royal Cocktail Collection. It comes as a carton of four 100ml cans, 400ml in all, at 23% vol. The cans are meant to be served well chilled, either straight from the can or poured over ice with an orange slice or cherry garnish. The nose is bright with black cherry, citrus and whisky sweetness. The palate is juicy and balanced, with dark cherry, sweet-tart citrus, soft whisky warmth and a candy-like fruit depth. The finish is smooth and lightly tangy, with lingering cherry sweetness.
