Cù Bòcan 12 Years Batch 1 (70cl, 46%)

Cù Bòcan is a lightly peated series made at Tomatin Distillery, and this is the 12 year old, finished in Caribbean rum casks. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill filtered and of natural colour, as a limited edition from batch 1. The nose is refined, with honey, pineapple, vanilla, citrus and cereal. The palate begins velvety, with grilled pineapple, ginger, demerara sugar, white chocolate and a soft smokiness. The finish is medium in length, smoky, with a hint of chilli.
