Cù Bòcan Creation #5 is a Highland single malt from the Tomatin-made Cù Bòcan range, which carries a touch of smoke. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle, non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
The Creation series is where different casks are tried, and this edition is finished in Colombian Andean oak casks.
The nose is very soft, with rosewater, mint, chocolate and oak. The palate is delicate, with flowers, banana, toasted wood and eucalyptus. The finish is medium in length with a gentle spiciness.
