Cù Bòcan Creation #6 is the sixth release in Tomatin's Creation Series. It was matured in PX sherry casks and Jamaican rum casks.
The nose brings toasted Jamaican ginger cake, campfire toffee, spiced plum jam, amaretto cherries and Daim. On the palate there is a dark depth of flavour, with amaretto cherries again and a touch of liquorice in salted caramel, before plum jam and Fisherman's Friends appear. The texture is velvety and silky, and the finish is long, with molasses.
