Cu Bocan Creation #8 (70cl, 46%)

Cu Bocan Creation #8 is a lightly smoky Highlands single malt from the Tomatin distillery, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. Cu Bocan is Tomatin's experimental series, in which different casks and flavour combinations are tried. Light peat smoke sits alongside sweeter, fruitier notes. The nose brings citrus and ripe fruit with vanilla, sweet malt and a hint of peat smoke. The palate is fruity and soft, with vanilla, citrus, honey and ripe yellow fruit, light spice and subtle smoke. The finish is long, with gentle smoke, vanilla, citrus and a light spiciness.
