Cù Bòcan Signature (70cl, 46%)

Cù Bòcan Signature is a lightly peated Highland single malt, made at Tomatin Distillery in Scotland. It is distilled in small batches during the winter months and carries no age statement. The whisky matures in a mix of Bourbon, Oloroso sherry and North American virgin oak casks, each adding its own character, from creamy honey and coconut to treacle, spice and citrus. It is bottled at 46% ABV, with natural colour and without chill filtration. The nose combines coconut and cream with fresh herbs, delicate smoke, lime and grapefruit. The palate moves from light and elegant to honeyed smoke, toasted almonds, cinnamon and creamy coffee. The finish is light, with a hint of sweet smoke.
