Cù Bòcan Signature is a lightly peated Highland single malt from the makers of Tomatin, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle and now in updated packaging. It matures in a mix of ex-bourbon casks, oloroso sherry casks and virgin American oak casks. The peat is soft rather than heavy, with hints of citrus and spice.
