This is an Irish single malt from Currach, finished in a kombu cask. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle and has a golden colour.
The nose offers caramel and raisins with hints of almond, backed by toasted kombu. On the palate, roasted Arabica coffee blends with salted caramel and dark chocolate, alongside earthy, briny, slightly smoky umami notes. The finish is lingering, maritime and delicately sweet.
