Cutwater Black Skimmer American Rye Whiskey (75cl)

Black Skimmer is an American rye whisky from Cutwater Spirits of San Diego, California. It is a blended straight rye, selected and blended together with some of Cutwater's favourite whisky distillers, and comes in a 75cl bottle. It is made to be smooth and approachable rather than forcefully rye, and it works neat or in cocktails. The nose offers honey, almond and rye spice. On the palate come honey sweetness, almond, black pepper and clove, and the finish is warm and medium in length with lingering spice.
