This is a 15 year old Lowland single malt from Daftmill, a family-run farm distillery in Fife. Distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2024, it is the first Daftmill with an age statement and the oldest the distillery has released.
The barley is Optic, grown on the southern fields of the farm. The whisky matured in 20 first fill bourbon barrels and one Pedro Ximénez sherry cask, and was bottled at 56.3% ABV. It has no added colour and is not chill-filtered.
