This is a 12-year-old single malt from Dalmore, matured in specially selected sherry casks. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is full of caramelised orange, ginger, sultanas and runny honey. On the palate come dark chocolate, almonds and cinnamon, and the finish fades to panna cotta, sweet mango and lemon sponge cake that linger.
