A 15 year old Dalmore single malt from the Highlands, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It is chill-filtered and has colour added.
The nose opens with caramel and toffee, moving to orange marmalade and dark chocolate, with a light touch of cinnamon and clove. On the palate it is full-bodied and smooth, with malty sweetness, dark chocolate and caramel, ripe orange, red berries and gentle spice.
The finish is long, with light citrus balanced by a slight bitterness, while chocolate and spice linger.
