Dalmore – 17 Luminary No.3 2025 Edition

Dalmore 17 Luminary No.3 is the third Luminary edition, created by architect Ben Dobbin together with master whisky maker Gregg Glass. It is a Highland single malt, matured first in American ex-bourbon casks. A layered finish follows in vintage Calvados casks, sherry casks and red wine barriques. The bottle comes in a deep green, asymmetric pack designed in partnership with the V&A Dundee design museum. The nose is described as orchard fruit with Madagascan vanilla and cinnamon, under a light top note of rosewater. On the palate come butterscotch, red apple, tarte Tatin, dark cocoa, red liquorice and soft wood spice, with cardamom, Seville orange and green tea.
