A single cask Dalmore single malt, bottled independently by Montgomerie's for its Rare Select range at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The spirit was distilled in January 1990 and rested in a bourbon cask for 27 years before bottling in September 2017. The cask number is 89.
The nose shows clear malty spirit with toffee sweetness and hints of orange citrus. The palate is round and full-bodied, with malt and a rich sweetness, and the finish is full and rich.
