This is a Highland single malt from Dalmore, distilled in 2001 and bottled in 2015 at 46% by Gordon & MacPhail as part of its Connoisseurs Choice range. It has a white wine colour. The nose is maltly and clean, with white cherries, peaches and orange skins, then overripe kiwi, custard, pastry dough and the lightest honey. On the palate there is a crisp, fruity maltiness with oranges, orange cake and small touches of liquorice wood. The finish is medium and malty, with orange notes in the background and a peppery, leafy aftertaste.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
