A 15 year old single malt from Dalmore, bottled by the distillery at 40% in a 70cl bottle. Dalmore lies in a secluded spot on the north shore of the Cromarty Firth, near Alness, in the northern Highlands. Founded in 1839, it started using sherry casks for storage in 1870, a practice said to give its smoky, slightly dry malt a soft sweetness.
