A 2015 Dalmore single malt bottled by James Eadie, an independent bottler. It is bottled at 52.7% in a 70cl bottle. The distillery sits in a remote spot on the north shore of the Cromarty Firth, near Alness, in the northern Highlands. It was founded in 1839. Sherry casks have been used there for maturation since 1870, said to lend the smoky, somewhat dry malt a gentle sweetness.
