This is a nine year old Dalmore bottled by Adelphi at 59.1% ABV. It was distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2025, and it comes in a 70cl bottle from an outturn of 238.
The whisky matured in a single bourbon barrel, which shapes the style.
The nose is built on vanilla and ripe oak, with fresh honey, caramelised malt and ripe pear or apricot. On the palate come pear and peach with vanilla and oak spice from the barrel, followed by citrus fruit and almonds. The finish is white pepper and light spice, with a touch of dampness.
