Dalmore 21 Year Old 2023 Edition is a 21 year old single malt Scotch whisky from Dalmore, released as the 2023 edition.
The whisky matured first in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, which give a base of soft vanilla and honey.
It was then transferred to Gonzalez Byass casks that had held 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso sherry.
