This is a 21 year old single malt from the Dalmore distillery in the Highlands. It was first aged in American white oak casks, then finished in Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks.
The sherry finish brings forward dried fruit and festive spice notes. It is unpeated and bottled at 43.8% ABV, without chill-filtration or added colour.
