Luminary No. 3 is a limited Highland single malt from Dalmore, named The Collectible. It brings together Master Whisky Maker Gregg Glass and Richard Paterson, and reflects designer Melodie Dobbin's personal evolution, drawing on her sensory memories from childhood to the present. The whisky is a multi-cask selection, drawn from ex-Calvados, Matusalem sherry and Apostoles sherry casks, together with Bordeaux red wine and Chateauneuf-du-Pape casks. It is bottled at 48.9% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
