Dalmore The Quartet is a limited edition single malt from the Dalmore Principal Collection, in a 70cl bottle at 42%.
It was first matured in ex-bourbon casks, then finished in four casks selected by Richard Paterson: Amoroso sherry, Muscatel wine, Apostoles sherry and Matusalem oloroso sherry.
The nose is orange zest, raisins, dark chocolate, figs and roasted nuts. On the palate there is brown sugar, caramel, plums, sherry, spice and soft oak. The finish is warm and long, with dried fruit and cocoa.
