Darkness Campbeltown 6 Year Old Oloroso Octave Finish (50cl, 58%)

This is a six-year-old Campbeltown blended malt from Darkness, a range by the independent bottler Atom Brands, in a 50cl bottle. After maturation it is finished in small, hand-made Oloroso sherry octave casks. These casks usually hold around 50 litres, so the whisky has more contact with the wood, which adds intensity, flavour and colour. It is bottled at 58% ABV, non-chill-filtered and with natural colour.
