Darroze 1976 Bas-Armagnac

Darroze 1976 is a vintage Armagnac from the Collection Unique, in which the house selects and ages spirits from different estates in Gascony and keeps each estate and year separate. Every drop comes from wine distilled in 1976. The spirit has spent several decades in oak. The estate of origin can vary between bottlings, so profiles differ from one bottle to the next. Aged Armagnacs of this kind show candied and dried fruit, prune, fig, spice, tobacco, cocoa and old wood, with the rancio character that comes with long ageing.
