A straight bourbon from Kentucky, bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. It is a blend of two bourbons, one built on rye and one leaning on wheat, from a mash bill of corn, wheat and rye. The nose offers cinnamon, caramel, toasted oak and peach. On the palate there are cinnamon rolls, sweet cherries, oily cocoa beans, lightly smoked mint, gentle oak and honey. The finish is warming, with sweet clove.
