This is an 18 year old Highland single malt from Deanston, part of the distillery's core range. It is bottled at 46.3% in a 70cl bottle and is non-chill-filtered. The whisky matured in first-fill American white oak ex-bourbon barrels. The nose is pronounced, with flowers, malt, grass, vanilla and honey, along with tobacco and nutmeg. The palate is sweet and spicy, with citrus, apple, barley, ginger gingerbread, Manuka honey and white pepper. The finish is medium, dry and spicy.
