This is a 6 year old single malt from Spirit of Yorkshire, an English distillery, bottled by Decadent Drinks in a 70cl bottle. The spirit was laid down in 2018 and matured fully in an ex-Islay barrel.
The barrel has given a touch of peat, and the whisky is described as rich and gently smoky, a young example of English make. It came about after a visit with friends at the distillery.
