This is a 12 year old Bunnahabhain from Decadent Drinks, distilled in 2013 and bottled at 57.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured in a roughly even split of refill wood and fresh sherry casks. The refill wood keeps the distillery's coastal character sharp, while the sherry adds richness.
The strength was reduced slightly to 57.1%, chosen as the point where the spirit shows power and clarity without losing finesse.
