Dedicace a Pierre 2022 Pinot Noir Domaine Badoz

A Pinot Noir from Domaine Badoz, named in memory of Benoit's grandfather Pierre. The grapes come from the limestone Les Roussots lieu-dit and are fermented with native yeasts after careful sorting and gentle pressing. It is aged for 12 months in oak barrels from coopers including Troncais and Allier. Light ruby in colour, with forest floor, red berry fruit and lightly spicy tones. The dry, elegant, full and harmonious palate repeats the berry and spice notes with a discreet toasted oak character. Serve with game, duck or lamb.
