Devaux Cuvée Rosée is a Brut rosé Champagne from Champagne Devaux, blended from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. Part of the Pinot Noir is vinified as red and rosé before the second fermentation, which adds colour and richness. It is aged for a minimum of three years.
The style is dry and fruit-driven, with a delicate mousse. The nose is fragrant with red berries and subtle florals. The palate is rich and rounded, with fresh red fruit, soft spice and a hint of liquorice, and the finish is crisp and dry, with lasting fruit.
