Dewar's 25 Year Old Signature is a blended Scotch made exclusively from malt and grain whiskies matured for at least 25 years. It replaces Dewar's Signature in the brand's range and comes in a 70cl bottle.
The blend is finished in casks that previously held Royal Brackla whisky. Honey, dried peels, toasted oak and stewed plum lead the nose, with a soft hint of strawberry jam and old oak furniture. The palate offers Hobnob biscuits, red berry sweetness, sandalwood, toffee and treacle. On the finish, Christmas spices build slowly alongside orchard fruit and mint leaf.
