Dewar's Double Double is a blended whisky made by marrying malt and grain whiskies, then finishing the blend in Oloroso sherry casks. It follows a four-step ageing process, overseen by Master Blender Stephanie Macleod.
Cinnamon and ripe vine fruits run through the blend, and the finish is silky smooth.
The nose is sweet and buttery, opening to big sherry notes of raisins and cinnamon. Dried orange peel and cloves lead on the palate into a candied sweetness, and the finish lingers.
