This is a 10 year old Irish single malt from Dingle, the distillery's first permanently available ten year old. It was matured in a combination of bourbon, port and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and is triple distilled.
It is bottled at 46.5% in a 70cl bottle, without chill-filtering or added colour. Plums, orange blossom, caramel and a warm spice make up its character. The label carries the silhouette of the Wren Boy of Dingle.
