Dingle 10 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey - Bourbon, Port & PX Sherry Cask (70cl, 46.5%)

This is a ten-year-old single malt Irish whiskey from Dingle Distillery, bottled at 46.5% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The maturation combines three types of cask: 65% bourbon, 30% port and 5% Pedro Ximénez sherry. Together they give a fruit-led character of plums, orange, caramel and toffee. The nose offers plums, orange blossom, caramel, warm spices and oak. The palate is fruity, with creamy toffee and fine spice, and the finish is long and balanced, with fruit and spice.
