This is a ten-year-old single malt Irish whiskey from Dingle, bottled at 46.5% in a 70cl bottle. It is a vatting of three types of cask: 65% bourbon, 30% port and 5% Pedro Ximénez sherry.
The malt is triple distilled in copper stills. It is non-chill-filtered, with no colouring added.
Dark fruit and stewed plums lead the nose. The palate brings ginger biscuit and Black Forest gateau, and the soft finish carries butterscotch, delicate orange blossom and fruit spices.
