This is a ten-year-old Irish single malt from Dingle, bottled at 46.5% ABV. It was matured in a marriage of hand-selected Bourbon, Port and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
The nose is rich with dark fruits and stewed plums. On the palate come gingernut biscuit and Black Forest gateau, followed by a finish of smooth butterscotch, delicate orange blossom and evolving fruity spices.
