A triple-distilled Irish single malt from the Dingle distillery in County Kerry. This 13 year old was bottled in 2026 at 51.3%, in a 70cl bottle, and the release runs to 1,585 bottles worldwide.
It matured in bourbon casks and then spent 18 months in Madeira Malvasia casks. The whisky is not peated, is of natural colour and is not chill-filtered. Its texture is oily and full.
The nose is dried fruit and honey sweetness. On the palate, dates and dark chocolate join spicy oak, cloves and cinnamon. The finish is long, with nutmeg and sugar syrup, followed by ripe orchard fruit and toasted oak.
